Now I've made the little price disclaimer hey ho let's go. So it's basically a super rich, indulgent weekly treatment for really dry hair. It's 150ml which is shit all if you ask me, however you don't need much. I was really desperate for a good treatment since I bleached my hair again so the price was a secondary thought for me but if you're hair isn't in that bad condition I wouldn't pay this much.
I thought I'd take a cheeky pic of the ingredients just for sheer volume of them. Like mother of god that's a lot of stuff in one tube!
Interesting ingredients include:
- Olive leaf
- Kelp (like seaweed I believe)
- Nettle
- Lady's Thistle
- Horsetail (not too sure whether this is literally the hair of a horse.. starting to sound like a Tescos burger)
- Coconut (obviously) - both the extract and the oil
- Oats
- Shea Butter
- Cholesterol (wtf?!)
- Avocado Oil
- Ximenia Americana Seed Oil (swear they're just making these up)
- Keratin
How I use it:
1. Shampoo your hair normally
2. Jump out of the shower and apply the size of a 2 pence piece to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
3. Put your hair up in a towel and go about some business for a while, I usually wait 1-2 hours.
4. Rinse your hair thoroughly!!!
As you can see the actual product is so thick it stands up by itself! I was worried it would weigh my hair down a lot seen as it's already rather thin at times but it washed off really easily and was absolutely fine after I dried it. However this product definitely wouldn't be suitable for really fine hair as it's soo bloody thick!
The result? My hair literally feels like silk for the next few days after using this and holy smokes does it make it feel healthy. It doesn't weigh it down or make it look greasy at all, YET my hair doesn't really get greasy anyway, like I can go a good 5 days without washing my hair and it won't look greasy so if you're hair gets really greasy quickly I'm not sure how this would work...
HOWWEEEEVER, I really liked this product which I fucking well should for £22.50. I personally would never buy another tube of this just because it's so expensive however it will last me a long time. I can't say enough good things about this but the price just makes it ridiculous, I would pay between £10-18 for this but it isn't worth the price. But if you're in desperate need of an amazing conditioner if you've over bleached your hair or something (like me...oops) this is a wonder product.
